Growing up with a GP dad, I saw firsthand how healthcare could be better.

This sparked a journey through psychology studies, health coaching, and into a passion for building better products for people.

I've spent 17+ years helping brands find their sweet spot - from better-for-you beauty to health tech, Fortune 500s to ambitious startups. Working across New York, LA, London, Sydney, and Melbourne has taught me one thing: the best ideas often come from unexpected connections.
